We have spoken of particles. And the smallest particle that is known to science so far is a quark. But of course there are much smaller particles that are not yet known to science. A thought is made up of billions of particles.
Consciousness. Yes, of course, that is what consciousness is, billions of particles, immeasurable!

Question. Who am I? I have realised that all my life I have defined myself by what I am doing. It's just occurred to me that while I am in a human form I can never fully know "who I am".
I know what you are trying to say. While you are in human form, you can have a certain amount of self awareness. You will never have full self awareness while in human form because you are in a body that restricts you. Step back, rise above it and tend to your own story
I want you to feel that your story here on earth plane is connectivity. That is your story. To be part of a team and not necessarily always knowing that that team is there. It can be a physical team or a metaphysical team, an unseen energy. Really, we want you to know that all of this energy is with you and you are immersed in it all the time, but most of the time you are not aware of it. There is a need very soon for you to begin to clarify your pathway. It is unclear at the moment because it is overlaid with old stories, old belief systems. Everyone has an old belief system of a kind and an old story that they are holding on to. It is part of the structure of humanity's evolution. Old stories have formed your shape.
Now I am telling you it is a good idea to start looking at things that are forming your shape and begin to discard them. Then within all of that you are forming a new belief system which is a framework of where you might move forward on your path. Know that the light in another person is the same as the light in yourself. As you have light in yourself, you know another person has that light. As you find your light sometimes dims, you know another person will also have their light dimmed.
