Harmony—within ourselves, among each other, and with the world around us. Harmony is not just an aspiration but a necessity for our collective well-being. Where do we start? The effects are far reaching. And perhaps the more we cultivate small moments of harmony, the more harmonious our lives will be. So, using the breath and a simple mantra we may begin to gain an inner harmony that leads to peace.

Relax, we carry too much. Time to be free of those weights and stresses that debilitate us (that drain our sparkle). Some are old stories to be released, some are past hurts to move on from, and some are not even real. Taking a bit of time to be quiet in meditation can put it all into perspective and bring clarity.
Gently focus on the rhythmic flow of the breath. Identify what is weighing you down, breathe into it and let it all go. Move on. We always look for outcomes, but to enjoy the journey is the ultimate contentment. If we accept our meditation in conscious contentment, whatever it may be, we slowly shift our awareness in our everyday life.
That conscious contentment is not static. It moves with us through every present moment. We become more open to guidance and clarity that we may see a pathway that serves us best. |
