We are so much in need of healing at this time – the healing of people, places, and planet. Not only is this on a physical level, but humanity is confused and looking for emotional and spiritual hope.
It comes back to the individual, to you, and the healing power of the universe, of love, which is available to everyone. Taking time to meditate, can help you to feel immersed in the healing power, as you connect with your breathing, and with your unseen energies

Often, we feel pressured to assume certain ‘shapes’ to fit in, which can become quite exhausting and confusing, particularly when other worldly pressures crowd in. Perhaps it is time to come home, rest in the quietness and feel that sense of belonging and peace within. If you find this Guided Meditation helpful please pass it on. All humans are immersed in an unseen energy that is constantly guiding us, but most of us are not ready to open to this energy. As we slowly learn to open to our heart centre, we can avail ourselves of the abundance, wisdom, and healing energy. Often, this is just a matter of relaxing, letting go and opening to receive. Inner wisdom is a part of us that we seem to have lost. Many traditions describe it in different ways. In our present age the input from the world around us has been overwhelming and can find ourselves struggling to survive. That inner wisdom does not intrude or interfere as it acknowledges that we have choice. Meditation creates an environment when we can step back, start to see the big picture and have the clarity to readjust our attitude and reshape our pathway with the long term in view. The tools are simple, the gentle rhythm of our breathing, our posture and time to release tightness, tension and allowing a space where our inner wisdom can reveal itself.
We are very resilient creatures, and as humans we have the ability to adapt in the face of adversity. It’s time to reconnect, rejuvenate and regenerate.Find a comfortable position, upright if possible. Gently bring the awareness to the rhythm of the breath. Feel the breath moving in the body. If it is helpful let the mantra ‘so hum’ flow as the energy in the breath. Float away from thoughts, feelings and emotions, creating moments of stillness to connect to the unseen energy that is around and within us.
