Inner wisdom is a part of us that we seem to have lost. Many traditions describe it in different ways. In our present age the input from the world around us has been overwhelming and can find ourselves struggling to survive. That inner wisdom does not intrude or interfere as it acknowledges that we have choice. Meditation creates an environment when we can step back, start to see the big picture and have the clarity to readjust our attitude and reshape our pathway with the long term in view. The tools are simple, the gentle rhythm of our breathing, our posture and time to release tightness, tension and allowing a space where our inner wisdom can reveal itself.
