We fluctuate between abundance and scarcity. Outside influences pull us into a glass-half-empty shape, as we focus on what we haven’t got. It is very subtle.
To turn this around, we can begin to change our attitude from one of scarcity to one of abundance. Create some time to step back and be quiet. In the quiet, focus and appreciate what you have, starting with the breath, the rhythm of life. See the breath as an energy source. Be a glass-half-full!
