People often ask what to do when the mind keeps wandering in meditation. I could say use the breath in the mantra, which, of course are useful tools.
But it can be much simpler than that. Just being silent and still helps you to free yourself from trying too hard. Relax and be calm. Breathe in a little stillness. Let the guided meditation create a space behind the thoughts. Relax and float on the breath. Be patient. It may take time to trust and open to the love within.
