Sometimes we seek comfort from the stress of our daily life, to reassure us that all is well in a world full of confusion. This can be in a physical form, but more importantly within the quietness of our own self. Even then we are not easily able to settle. This guided meditation is offered as a means to detach a little and move towards that inner guidance for clarity, strength and hope. Find comfort in the quietness.
