"I Think I Can"

“I am Confident, I am Capable, I am Successful”. This is the affirmation featured at the end of most of our meditations. It may not be where we are, however it is a good place to aim for. Affirmations do not necessarily describe where we may be at the moment, but do send a strong message to the deeper levels of ourselves as to where and who we want to be.
Many of the things we repeat to ourselves are probably not helpful as they may focus on our apparent failures or wants and needs.
Activities like mindfulness and meditation are able to go a little deeper, behind the scenes of our surface life and rearrange our resolve and our confidence. This in time may flow onto our reappraisal of our self-worth and enhance our self-esteem.
All this works towards developing a positive, creative and joyful attitude that will move us towards more than just coping with the situation we find ourselves in. There is a great potential in all of us, this is there for you.
“ I think I can …….I know I can!”
