We are very resilient creatures, and as humans we have the ability to adapt in the face of adversity. It’s time to reconnect, rejuvenate and regenerate.Find a comfortable position, upright if possible. Gently bring the awareness to the rhythm of the breath. Feel the breath moving in the body. If it is helpful let the mantra ‘so hum’ flow as the energy in the breath. Float away from thoughts, feelings and emotions, creating moments of stillness to connect to the unseen energy that is around and within us.
