Relax, we carry too much. Time to be free of those weights and stresses that debilitate us (that drain our sparkle). Some are old stories to be released, some are past hurts to move on from, and some are not even real. Taking a bit of time to be quiet in meditation can put it all into perspective and bring clarity.
Gently focus on the rhythmic flow of the breath. Identify what is weighing you down, breathe into it and let it all go. Move on.
