In these troublesome times it is important to deepen our trust in each other. We must strengthen our connectivity and look to the future in hope. To trust gives us a firm belief in hope. To make this work we have to step back, not in anxiety and worry, but to make a practice of being quiet, and open to the inner reserves that we all have, which are often neglected in many traditions.
