Meditations

​Find a comfortable position in which it is easy to relax. The guidance continues through the meditation.  They include a short reflection (<3> minutes), a focus on breathing, relaxing the body, the mind and balancing our core energy,  several quiet times (1 - 4 minutes), concluding with a return. If you wish to stay in the quiet time stop the play back.
​The length of Guided Meditations is around 25 -30 minutes.
The short meditations 10 to 20 minutes. A selection for time short people.
