Find a comfortable position in which it is easy to relax. The guidance continues through the meditation. They include a theme talk, a relaxation, energising and balancing central core, a quiet time (2 - 4 minutes), then a return. If you wish to stay in the quiet time stop the play back.
GM 144. Pampering
We all need a bit of love and kindness, an opportunity to pull back and see if we can create a little inner harmony and peace so we can recharge our energy. “Pampering” is for you. Two great lines from the Moody Blues in the album “On the Threshold of a Dream” (1969)
“Are you sitting comfortably,
“Let Merlin cast his spell”

We accumulate a lot of stories and information as we travel with our suitcase through life. Much of this is very useful so we can fit into the group story we live in. But much of that conditioning can drag us down or pull us back from extending ourself.
Some of these stories are hard to dislodge, we accept that. However, if we can chip away we may be able to free ourselves up and see our life quite differently.
Suitcase acknowledges this, and by using our mindfulness to gain some control of our thoughts and our meditation to open the door to know we are so much more, we may begin to free ourselves up.
In this great adventure please continue to send love and light into a very chaotic humanity, and also enfold in your love and light this beautiful and amazing planet!

GM 135 Affirmations
To be outrageous I say affirmations are “words of power”. In one sense affirmations are like prayers. The difference is that they have a creative role. Affirmations hinge around the words “I am”. There are many books with lists of affirmations, sometime they look good but we can be overwhelmed with choice. We suggest keeping it simple and general, a whole person focus. It can be a bit daunting to begin with, or may be seen as pointless. However, it can make a significant difference once we allow ourselves to repeat them with resolve.
The one we suggest is:
“I am surrounding (or enfold) myself with love and light, for my protection, for my healing and for my enlightenment.”
Then you can repeat this for whatever persons or events you wish to direct it. Remember always it is an offering. It is then up to the person or situation to accept it, part of it, or walk away from it. If you are a person who does pray this would certainly be a prayer of power. If you do not, then using affirmations builds up a new story of you, a transformation. The outcome is the same.
This affirmation is important to get our feet back on the ground in troubling times.

A very Australian title. We just don’t have monkeys in our mind swinging around, but we do have flies. Calming the mind is a great step towards those ‘aha’ moments when we catch a glimmer of a new idea or a new perception. Clarity is very clouded everywhere at the moment, pathways seem to twist and turn and choices present themselves often with no clear choice. Settling that ‘blowfly-mind' from time to time is a good way to get ourselves together
One way to help in this disturbance is to be be able to step back from what is going on around you, rise above it and tend to your own story. This talk gives some useful tools to gain some inner control
Every now and then we should take stock of where we are and where we want to be. Some tools for our journey. |
We are very excited with the title. Its sums It up. The great freedom to explore. :The title says it all. Being free to explore our boundaries. That is the great gift in life.
Bamboo is very resilient. Going with the with the flow of life can be a challenge. A talk on resilience. |
