Find a comfortable position in which it is easy to relax. The guidance continues through the meditation. They include a theme talk (<5> minutes), a relaxation, energising and balancing central core, several quiet times (1 - 4 minutes), concluding with a return. If you wish to stay in the quiet time stop the play back. The length of recording is around 30 minutes
We are distracted by so much that is going around us. Many feel humanity has lost the plot! There are certainly many disturbances and many societies seem to have lost direction. It is a time of change, but not for the worse. We need to revalue the important things in life. Seemingly small things such as kindness. That is not easy if we are on edge in ourself.
These recording are offered as a means to reconnect with ourself. To gather the fragmented bits together and for a short time at least, to begin to step back a little into ourself, into who we are. This may not be instant as it is a life’s journey. But that peace is within ourself. Use the relaxation to find that peace and harmony.

Love and light are critical energies that will influence the shape of our life. We are all so different in our response. But always we have choice. It is good if we can take time to be brave and review our tracks. There will always be some regrets, yet those regrets have brought us to this present moment.
In this present moment we can choose to redirect our path. But it requires more than just a push. Think of a stranded vehicle. We ask for help to push it to where we want to go. It may, however, have just run out of fuel. Often the replenishment of energy is the best way forward. That means we have to do something for ourself. Others can support us, but it falls back on us to refuel, or top up the tank. Our mindfulness, meditation and taking time to be still and without any real thoughts are probably the best to reenergise. Guided meditation is one of our tools

“Tis all a Chequer-board of nights and days..” ― Omar Khayyam.
Well, yes and no. Our pathway can be like a game of snakes and ladders. But it does not have to be a life of ‘chance’. It is possible to shift the direction and the outcome. Life gives us an opportunity for experience. Choice influences or creates experience. To gain some control over our direction we have to look at our thoughts. Thought creates the way we see the world. We seriously underestimate the power of thought!
There are several tools at our disposal. The first is our breathing – it is the energy we need to live but it is also the energy that can give clarity and connect us to an elusive inner wisdom. Adding the mantra pulls us back from the outer distractions and avoidances to settle the mind. There is a third tool and that is a direct request to our ‘deep self’ for clarity and guidance. Ask for guidance.
Some situations may take time to resolve. The outcome may not be what we expect but will be the way forward.

Just a little something for you to restore your energy. Create a quiet time, perhaps before you go to sleep. Listen to ‘Replenish’ and allow it to wash over you.
“We are surrounding you in love and light”.

Humanity is somewhat disconnected, at a loose end and agitated. This is reflected in our environment and in the natural world. Many people are concerned about the world in which we live. This may not affect us – yet! The big question is, can we do anything about it. If we think about what is happening it is too big to cope with and so many people step away.
However, there is something we can do. It may seem small but it begins with one then multiplies. Walk tall. Breathe deep. Prove the attitude. This enhances a change in attitude. A change in attitude changes our energy. The energy change must come from within us, then it can spread. The change of attitude that we look for is an inner feeling of confidence that will allow us to be kind. Kindness is catching! Meditation opens the portal to our deep self to establish that inner feeling we are on the right track.
