Find a comfortable position in which it is easy to relax. The guidance continues through the meditation.  They include a theme talk, a relaxation, energising and balancing central core,  a quiet time (2 - 4 minutes), then a return. If you wish to stay in the quiet time stop the play back.
Quality of lifestyle. Be kind to yourself, appreciate and begin to like yourself.  Generosity will flow from how we feel about ourself. It will be genuine. Of course we can ‘fake it ’till we make it’ on the way, why not. Generosity of self. The quality of self. By the way, generosity never means being a door-mat. Generosity breeds abundance.
There is a vast number of folk, even national figures, who don’t like themselves. It may be this is why we have so much national tension. So if you do find it difficult to do some revaluing you are certainly not alone.
Using our meditation with our mindfulness you can begin or strengthen a revaluation of the miracle of you. From that beginning perhaps the people, places and planet can creep towards a little more harmony and peace.
Come home to your heart. Not the physical heart but to that core centre within - the source of love. Sometimes it is very difficult to separate ourselves from what is happening on the outside, but we may be able to find some moments when we can just slow down and reconnect.  We suggest using the Mantra ‘so ham’. It has many functions and the main one is to use the energy in the mantra to create a pathway to that elusive heart centre.
The meaning behind the mantra is ‘I Am’. Using it in another language is symbolic. Symbols are very powerful. Making a little time to establish using the mantra, pronounced ‘so hum’, can quieten us down and begin that journey toward who we really are, a ‘home coming’.
It is very important that we bring some healing to people, places and to planet. So what action can we take. The simplest step we feel is to pass on these recordings. There is no direct benefit to us. Pathlight is our gift, free gift, there is no copyright or royalties. It is simply our intention to leave all this better for our being here - Join us, Pass them on. Why not, it can only do good
This is just a reminder to slow down occasionally. I find this very difficult. It would be good if we can find a time when there is nothing actually we need to do. Often we can make the flow unsettled because we interfere.  This is not always so, however, quite often if we leave things alone a bit the situation may sort itself out. There is a cute nursery rhyme “Little Bo-peep”. There is one line in it that says “leave them alone and they will come home bringing their tails behind them. (Typically the nursery rhyme has a dark ending - but let’s disregard that!)
Well this may not always be so, so we need to step back a bit and see if we can take a break and rekindle our energy. - Intention, Posture, Breathing and the Mantra, ‘so ’hum’ (pronunciation). This may also give some clarity so our pathway becomes a little clearer.
