Age Is No Limit

Age does not limit us!
​The unseen energy (spiritual energy as it is sometimes called) is the most powerful and is the main source of healing. Think of it as Light or Love. As we ‘send’ or ‘reflect’ it, do so, not only to other people or ourself, but to the planet. Healing is possible not only for physical and emotional ailments, but to the Earth on which our experience of life depends.

Sometimes we are so swayed by the media that is cleverly manipulated by people doing shadow deeds that we get quite down and disheartened. The human mind is not fixed, it is manipulative, so individuals can fit into their culture or tribe. We are seeing how easy it is to fall into shadow times. It is simply light or love diminishing .  
‘As you think it, so it is’ 
There is. however, work to do. If we, who have a vision of hope and love, don’t do it, then nobody will, for there is nobody else to create the balance. We have power in our choices we can see the evidence in what we have created and it is not pleasant thinking! We are not helpless! Small acts of kindness and tolerance towards people who think differently is a simple step we can make.
Meditation and mindfulness sessions are not in themselves times of ‘sending light or love’, however, they will give us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the light and love that the world may be better for our passing through it. It does not require much effort, age is no limit,  just a bit of time now and then to make the difference and weigh the scales towards evolution and harmony.
