There Is a Shelter

There is a shelter
We can work towards finding shelter in the storm. It does require some effort and some resolve. Although we look outwards, that place of true peace is found within. That is the challenge for us.
We do have one tool we can use and that is our breathing. We also need to be able to find a place where we can be undisturbed for a short while. As we draw near that ‘quiet place’ we will be able to settle down and draw strength.
