Guided Meditation for Challenging Times

Find a comfortable position in which it is easy to relax. The guidance continues through the meditation. The Intention is to reduce stress and bring a wholeness to body, mind and spirit. These sessions are the most recent recordings. They include a theme talk (10 min), relaxation, stillness (1 min) an energising and balancing of the energy centres (chakras), quiet time (2 min), then the return. Times are approximate.
