Multi-tasking

and the Monkey Mind
Multi-tasking and the Monkey Mind
Multi Tasking
I was very aware today of the many distracting thoughts I had when I was doing something. It is much stronger than I thought it was.
Yes this is a good lesson for you. You are discovering just how much your monkey mind likes to play. Yes, it will play. And then you can play with it by just redirecting it. You can play the game, but redirect it and use the thoughts that your monkey mind produces to seed into something that serves you best.

Monkey Mind - change the energy
Now that will take a little pondering, and it will take a little practice. But if you can learn, not so much to control your thoughts but simply to change them. They are energy and energy can be changed. It can be changed instantly. I have said that so many times. Change your attitude instantly, and as you learn to do this you will find that you can direct your thoughts to something that might serve you best.
That is going to need a lot of work

You know who you are
Oh yes, it is elusive. It is not something we have any great expectations from you. We don't expect you to be overnight an enlightened being. You already have enlightenment, but you have not learnt to bring it into your earthly state. Your enlightenment simply means that you know who you are. You do know who you are. You have discovered this.

Why are you here - elusive
You know exactly who you are, and why you are here. That is frustrating, because the second part of that statement, 'the why', is something that can be very elusive. And you keep on asking yourself, why, what is happening, what will happen next. Well I am not going to tell you am I?
That is your frustration. It is also a conundrum because it does not seem to be as you originally thought. You have changed the way you think. But you have not changed the way you are working towards it. That will take pondering also.

Realise your Potential
So just realise your potential. I will speak of potential a lot more in future discussions. But just know your potential. And know know that you are totally capable of anything that you choose. So watch your choices. Govern your choices. Change the way you think about what you choose.

At the moment, you don't quite follow what I am saying. But it will fall into place for you. These choices will come from opportunities that are presented to you. But those opportunities are not yet apparent. Once again a little elusive. The door is opening but once again - you can't see round the corner! That will come. Be patient.
