Sometimes it can be helpful when focusing on a task, to take time out for five minutes to gain clarity or insight.
This short meditation is designed to let you stop for a few brief moments in order to return to your task, relaxed and replenished. There is a two minute quiet time with soft background music within this meditation. Most often, we define ourselves by ‘what’ we are. ‘I am this’ or ‘I am that’. But that ‘shape’ changes as we flow through life. When we finally retire or seriously slow down, we may have achieved a lot or little. However, there is still the question, ‘who am I? ‘Who have I been on my journey?’
