Any time is a good time to create a little energy for ourselves. There are many times when there is a lot of pressure on us for all sorts of reasons. Currently humanity seems to be in a storm of confusion. The demands on people are very great.
Stress is very destructive and stepping back for refreshment is not easy.
We are seeing the results of global stress and the resulting unhappiness in the ‘unwellness’ of so very many people.
Simply speaking, sometimes we have to override what is going on around us, the demands being made on us and our time, and even what is being churned over in our head. Become aware of losing energy and take action. Find that quiet moment. Use whatever works for you to withdraw, to regroup and to stabilize the feelings. Look to posture – to feel positive. Breathe to create a rhythm of distraction and to refresh life-energy. Perhaps use the universal mantra so – hum as an added mind/emotion distraction. Allow time to soothe the feelings and relax for refreshment. Create some very real “Me” Time, you are worth it!
